- Condition of Items: The wall art must be returned in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items that have been damaged, modified, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized wall art, digital downloads, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

- Ship the Return: Mail the package using a trackable shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides insurance, as Twinkle My Toes is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Restocking Fees
We believe that returns should be as stress-free as possible. That’s why we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You can return your wall art without worrying about additional costs beyond return shipping.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please follow these steps:
- Report the Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@twinklemytoes.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and packaging.
- Replacement or Refund: Based on your preference, we will offer a replacement for the damaged item or issue a full refund. In cases of damaged or defective items, Twinkle My Toes will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the return to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility.
After your return has been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider. In total, you can expect the entire refund process to take approximately 10 business days from the time we receive your return.
6. Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your wall art for a different piece, please indicate this when you contact our customer service team to initiate the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of the desired item. If the new item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the item is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Exchanges follow the same return process as outlined above, and no restocking fees will be applied.
7. Refunds for Gift Purchases

If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser’s payment method, or if preferred, we can provide you with a store credit for the value of the item.
